We met over 10 years ago through a local running group. Who knew joining a small running group would form a connection that would grow not only a friendship but many physical/emotional accomplishments. Together we have traveled to Bermuda, Florida, Costa Rica, Hilton Head, Maine, New Hampshire, Spain, Washington D.C., and Texas. We have completed the Marine Corp Marathon, Cape Cod Marathon, Bermuda Triangle race series, and countless 5k, 10k, and half marathons. We have also walked four Camino de Santiago pilgrimages together in 2016, 2023, and just completed our most recent two in May 2024. We are both 200 hour YTT certified and Adult/Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certified.

My yoga journey began when I was running marathons and looking for a way to relax my body and mind as part of my training routine.
I was so impressed with the difference yoga made in my running, that I decided to become a yoga instructor. As a running coach, I wanted to share what I was learning with my running clients.

I have long since hung up my running shoes, but yoga is still a passion for me. I am always looking for ways to incorporate it into other aspects of my life. Whether I am hiking the trails near my home or hiking across Spain, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness are an important part of my daily life.
I am an avid reader. I love to travel and cruise. I am lucky to call Cape Cod home.
